The area around the hotel is friendly and the streets are clean. Within a 5-minute walk, you can find local food shops, cafes, and a bakery. There is also an excellent gastro pub at the end of the road. The hotel offers off-road parking, which is a must in a busy city like Brighton. The instructions provided are very helpful and the parking is secure behind electric gates.
The main bathroom could benefit from a brighter light/window and a full-length mirror.

We stayed at a lovely property with secure electric gates, making parking our car outside the apartment easy and convenient. the location was great, just a short 10-minute drive from the town and close to the sea and marina. We appreciated the proximity of a Lidl supermarket, which was only a 4-minute walk away. the takeaway from Portos Grill was excellent, and we also had a good experience with food delivery from Just Eat. the house itself felt like home from the moment we walked in, with its cozy and comfortable atmosphere. the small courtyard garden was a nice touch. the amenities were well thought out, with luxurious sheets and towels, plenty of crockery and cutlery, and a large smart TV that allowed us to enjoy our favorite streaming services.
Despite some rainy weather, we had a really lovely time. Cons: Nothing to fault.

Stayed at a charming place, with cozy rooms and luxurious sheets. The parking was a breeze and the location near the sea and supermarkets was handy. Even the rain couldn't dampen my lovely time.
Oh, the property could use a little update, but who needs modern kitchens and bathrooms when you have a "functional" ones, right?

I absolutely loved my recent stay at Arundel Mews - Parking - By Brighton Holiday Lets. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to supermarkets. The secure off-street parking was a huge convenience. The property was also incredibly quiet, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The facilities were great, with hot water always available and a very comfortable bed. The ability to open the French doors onto the patio made the hot weather even more enjoyable.
Although the property had many positives, there were a few issues that could be improved. The lack of curtains in the living room made it uncomfortable, especially with neighboring windows overlooking the space.

The house felt like a cozy and comfortable home from the moment we walked in. the instructions provided were very helpful, with photos to guide us through the process. - the parking was easy and convenient, right outside the apartment behind secure electric gates. - the area, although a 10-minute drive from town, was close to the sea and the marina. - Having a Lidl supermarket just a 4-minute walk away was very handy. - the house itself was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a smart TV that allowed us to access streaming platforms like Amazon Prime and Netflix. - Despite the rainy weather, the property felt even more cozy, and we had a lovely time.
There was a bit of confusion with the heating, but the managing agents were quick to respond and help us out. The living room was missing curtains, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable as it was overlooked by neighboring windows.
